My seasonal depression is getting much worse, and I can feel myself starting to really self isolate. I hate this feeling but it’s like my body is working against my mind. I don’t know what to do anymore, and I’m tired of it :(

i don’t know what part of the world you’re in friend but i want you to know you are capable and you are worthy! it might feel super hard at fast but take it day by day, if you can step out and visit a cafe, wander around a store you like, or visit family/friends, slowly but surely the length of this time will feel shorter. if it’s hot, spend time in places you love, and if it’s too cold, make sure to get as much sunlight you can! you got this!

Fr i get so depressed in winter. Supposedly enough Vitamin B and A would help but i never get them enough
