My ed has been so bad lately and i genuinely feel like ive lost all control with it. I feel like I eat and eat some days and then feel guilty and barely eat one meal I’m so tired I want to not feel guilty for eating but also not eat too much too
I’m no expert but if I were you I’d focus on eating 3 regular portion meals a day and no snacks in between. That’s what you’re supposed to do so if you do that and stick to that you won’t feel guilty anymore

yeah so I can’t tell you the last time I ate 3 meals and didn’t feel guilty after ik the post said eat and eat but for me that’s eating small snacks and maybe 2 meals at most I suppose my brain has been trained that eating more than dinner and a snack is eating a gross amount of
