Bc typically when someone wants to see other people, they would break up with their partner. I am concerned about why their bf did not breakup with op after saying that. To me that implies he has commitment issues

Oh that’s how I interpreted the “see someone else” part, I just kind of generalized it. I could still be completely wrong about the guy, but in my own experience, that’s just how it comes off to me
