
Try getting sun lamp that will mimic sunlight you might be missing during the shorten days, start taking Vitamin D, exercise (nothing crazy, just something to release endorphins and boost mental balance), keep the lights on until 8, if the cold makes depressed you depressed make sure it’s warm in your room, maybe get an inside plant or a fish, sometimes nurturing or taking care of something little like that will help us relax. No idea why but there is something about plants and animals
