no i didn’t taper. i genuinely couldn’t even if i wanted to. i have no more lower dose pills (1.5mg i started with that than moved to 3mg) and the pharmacy is out of stock. it’s only been like 2-3 weeks of 3 mg but i felt so bad i couldn’t sleep to the point i didn’t feel safe because my eyes and body hurt so bad.

from what i read, it doesn’t even necessarily help with my diagnosis (BPD) and i didn’t feel any better. idk id rather just the concerta and therapy. i feel like no meds have helped with my BPD and i don’t want to feel like a zombie
