it’s an antihistamine and it an actual anxiety med so basically it helps with allergies not really anxiety

I know but some ppl swear by it because it can make you sleepy so I didn’t mean to be invalidating. But yeah it pisses me off so much when doctors try and prescribe that like 90 percent of the time it’ll never do anything so i would really advocate for a better med for you cuz hydroxyzine is so terrible

okay i ended up taking 3 which is def more than i should but it seems to actually be helping now thankfully!! i’m on zoloft too but this is a backup to take on top of my zoloft for when i’m really anxious or can’t sleep

I’m glad it works for you then :) I know one time I took like 5 because I was like U BETTA WORK and I did pass out and sleep for like 14 hours😭😭
