As corny as it sounds, having gaming/online friends do be nice. While it’s not the same as in person, it’s basically the next best thing (akin to a phone call) OP are you a gamer? what kind of circles do you interact with online? I’m sure there’s a community that’d accept you with open arms; But also, trying to put yourself out there irl will help too duhh; idk if this was helpful but there ya go

You and me both, I’ve had so many mental breakdowns recently because of this but it will get better because no one is truly alone and there’s gotta be at least one person out there who will understand us, we have to believe that.
