i have had anxiety attacks every morning before getting out of bed this year and it's not gotten easier for me to deal with somehow

i used to have super bad depression in the mornings, especially as i was getting ready for work at 2:30am :// what helped me was immediately either listening to my favorite artist or watch/listening to youtubers that are comforting to me. it makes it to where you sort of look forward to waking up a little bit more if you make a positive routine :) i hope it gets better for you

i used to get them a lot in the morning but now i get them at night and can’t sleep. if it’s really bad in morning i try to do high intensity exercise like 30 jumping jacks, helps to get the excess energy out. but if it’s just a lot on your mind i either do breathing and stretching exercises or i jot some stuff into my anxiety journal and close it after 5 minutes.
