I heard something recently that I thought was cool, about taking a “leap of faith”. typically I think of it as a big leap, a dramatic change. but it can be small too. like doing things you don’t really want to do in that moment, and doing it just because you have faith in it being the right thing for you in the future. like going to bed early, or keeping up with chores. and even if it’s not consistent, small changes are important and add up. even just going to sleep a teeny tiny bit earlier:)
