I feel my brain is fucked. Someone I know at work got hurt and was wishing it was me. I wish I was the one who got hurt and I feel that’s a bad thing

OP it’s normal to wish for bad things to happen to you when you feel like your pain isn’t being seen. You’re clearly in a lot of pain. Seeing a therapist that validates the worst pain (tell them about suicidal thoughts!) and opening up to friends helps
