is it okay to not be okay for the past few months, but decent sometimes. I have had really horrible days or weeks and then it goes back to a ‘normal’ where i’m fine. and then it gets to an in between point. is this normal?
It is normal, but that doesn't mean something can't be done to improve your headspace, keep thinking positively and you'll make it through. Try self affirmations and visualizing what you want or who you want to be, you can do it!!!
