does anyone know any good coping strategies or apps or whatever, im at my breaking point i seriously dont know what to do anymore; everything sucks, everything i do sucks, i despise myself and this stupid body, i dont want to be alive anymore i just cant

the coping strategies that helped me were lots of arts and craft kind of stuff, immersing myself in tv shows or movies, and puzzles. Also taking a break from social media apps was beneficial too. Like there’s so much horrible shit going on in the world and on social media you see ALL of it and it can be distressing, especially when you are struggling yourself. Unfortunately the only thing that helped ultimately feel better was finding the right medications.
