i had to take a few years off and come back during the worst of it (and some other health issues), if you need to get it under control don’t feel embarrassed to do that. working was way less stressful to me because it was the same every day and i wasn’t constantly doing, learning, finishing something. it’s hard, but i know you’ve got this
