i recently got access to a bathroom scale again and now every other day i’m checking to make sure the number is going down before i eat anything. i was doing so good, i haven’t even tracked food numbers for a couple years now. one fucking bathroom scale.

i might. i just wish there was a way to ask where i wouldn’t have to explain why bc i rlly hate getting into that with ppl. nobody in my life rn even knows i had an ed before

You need to or it can ruin you, my sister had an ed and we hid the scale so she couldn’t use it, just ask ur roommate to keep it in her room or somewhere you can’t access it
