Hey, I may bevhaving my first every panic and/or anxiety attack. What do I do? My heart is racing, I feel hot, I’m a little shaky, and I have this heavy sense of impending doom.
Go get some really cold water dunk your face into it

If this ever happens again, as a chronic panic / attack girlie I sit down and hold my knees to my chest and allow myself to rock myself, allowing movement in anyway, like a “stim” physically calms you quicker
