
This may or may not help but my therapist recently advised that at the end of the day (whether good or bad) write a list of 10-15 positive interactions you made that day, things that uplifted your mood, or just had a “feel good” moment. This sounds silly, but the more i’ve put it into practice, it has helped me realize that I can allow myself to feel these small moments of good for just a little longer. That way, (hopefully speaking), the bad parts of the day won’t feel so dreadful 💗
