realistically, i should be institutionalized but unfortunately that would make my life a million times worse if i continue to live. i can’t get therapy and god i don’t know if i can keep up a job in this state. i feel trapped. any advice, please?

Pros: Hopefully treatment, getting away from my family, an excuse to stop working i guess too (even when i have free time i cannot relax, i feel i always need to be working on a project, if im stuck in there, maybe i’ll be able to justify it), shelter and food Cons: High likelihood of abuse from workers or other ppl, dehumanization and ostracism from family that will either throw me out (thus homelessness) or lock me in, risks coming with RFK in office, overall getting worse
