You need to be on top of your health. These drs don’t give a shit what happens to you in general. All they want is their paycheck. Take it from me. It took me to weigh 92lbs to finally realize, hey smth is going on w me. Always fight for yourself and your health bc you will find drs that care and want to see you do better. I wish you all the best with your journey!!

vyvanse is heaven sent. it does decrease your app but it’s important to eat before and have dinner later or you feel like absolute death the next day and don’t want to take the meds then you end up binging 😭

I completely understand the desire to be thin, but if you notice a severe drop in appetite that prevents you from getting the nutrients you need, please do not hesitate to tell a doctor or a family member. I thought decreased appetite was a great thing until I started obsessively weighing myself and tracking my calories to prevent weight gain, even while on an appetite suppressant. Take care of your body, and I hope the medication works well for the rest of your needs 🥹💕

oh of course! i appreciate the warning and concern. i plan to make sure i get plenty of protein and stuff and make sure i still eat at least two full meals a day if not 3 (i eat two now normally and snacks)
