When I was so depressed that I couldn’t eat, I had protein shakes and smoothies with multivitamins in them. Liquid was way easier for me to consume bc chewing and swallowing was hard and made me feel sick. Also cold food was easier than hot food for me. I hope this helps (genuinely not the petty way)
