Does anyone use propanolol for anxiety? Im scared to take it but I constantly am having heart palpitations.

I just took it today. It like? Kinda works? It’s hard to tell. It minimum I haven’t noticed side effects besides maybe drowsiness but that might just be cause the only thing keeping me not drowsy was my anxiety and it lessened the anxiety
