Exercise. Running and lifting weights is a little painful / uncomfortable but actually makes you feel good after. Drawing I also just find therapeutic it’s not really an equivalent but just something I like to do that takes my mind off things.

i would throw my shoes at the wall as hard as i could, rip or scrunch up paper, punch pillows
