It helps to realize the moments you feel depressed and fix the thought behind it. Reframing helps so much. You don’t have to live up to the labels you put on yourself.

But if you mean lasting tiredness, you cannot expect to feel normal if you live a completely sedentary life, don’t drink water, don’t sleep, and go on your phone every moment there is quiet. If every day was perfect you would start to feel indifferent to it, and you’d start wishing for more again. For me, practicing gratitude (reframing) and fixing my daily habits has helped me more than I could have ever imagined for myself a few years ago.
