listening. i tell him he doesn’t need to yell bc those people aren’t in the room. he starts getting mad. for the first time ever, i say “thank God i have therapy tomorrow” in front of him (i’ve been seeing a therapist since nov bc of the trauma my parents gave me lmao)

Ummm. Sometimes abusive parents CAUSE your bank problems on purpose, to prevent you from escaping. BE CAREFUL with any involvement by your dad. Probably best to find a friend who can help you instead, or learn to do your bank stuff without any help.
