Mental Health on Yik Yak | Sometimes I remember how I was doing so bad I took 80 ibuprofen and thought itd work. The worst pain and it def destroyed my insides though. Like sometimes I'll look at my Tylenol and ibuprofen and dayquil and think about it but realize it prob wont work

I was taking 3-4 200mg tablets like 3 times a day for shin splints and ended up in the hospital with Pancreatitis and Ulcerative Colitis. Do not play with ibuprofen

I definitely have problems with my insides because of that one od. Never again. It'll never work and I've learned that.
