Self care is #1! Take a shower, put on some clean clothes(I especially like it when they smell clean), do your hair and skin care, cook a meal for yourself, and watch your favorite show. If that’s too much, take things slow and do things like just washing your face, brushing your hair, etc. I’ve learned that sometimes it’s important to celebrate the little victories and remind yourself that you’re trying.
