Not to be intrusive but are you medicated at all? I used to feel the same way (passive ideation) and I used to just want to disappear or wish for a meteor to just wipe everyone out but those thoughts stopped the second I started an snri

Consider asking your doc about starting on something. It could be so life changing for you. My meds literally make me functional
