Counseling major here - I feel this deeply. When you’re going through something heavy, it’s easy for pain to spill out. That doesn’t make you a bad person, just a hurting one [I believe hurt people hurt people (read it twice)]. Some things that help me: • splash cold water on your face • write out the anger before saying it • take a walk or scream into a pillow (seriously) • if you snap, own it later — people usually appreciate honesty Be gentle with yourself- repair is always possible. ❤️
