
please no more cheat days :( it’s just not effective or healthy. it’s better to learn how to eat in moderation and not restrict so you don’t end up binging on those days. how i weaned myself off of that was figuring out the meals that made me feel good and tasted great, so that it left me satisfied without wanting to eat more of something else. baby steps tho, i know it’s not easy and it took me years to learn .
