i literally plan “cheat days” and then feel guilty and sad after eating way more than usual. then again, i feel like i need a few cheat days a month to be able to stay consistent with eating lower calories. i wish i could just naturally be thin :(

please no more cheat days :( it’s just not effective or healthy. it’s better to learn how to eat in moderation and not restrict so you don’t end up binging on those days. how i weaned myself off of that was figuring out the meals that made me feel good and tasted great, so that it left me satisfied without wanting to eat more of something else. baby steps tho, i know it’s not easy and it took me years to learn .

Skinny isn’t worth it. Coming from someone who accidentally ate lower calories for most of his life and once he started eating right gained a shit ton of weight his body is now desperately clinging onto in case he starves again? Skinny is not worth it.

it always turns into a binge though. i just housed at *least* 3,000 calories… if not more.
