🤝 i’m sorry something happened to cause you to relapse, that’s rough. i always feel super humiliated when i have to explain away sudden bruises and whatnot, but i know if someone else in my life was in the same position, i wouldn’t judge them whatsoever

if someone you’re close with remarks on it, then depending on who they are, maybe it would be safe to just confide in them that you’re having a rough time? (ideally. but you’d know better than i would) and if it’s someone who you don’t know, imo that’s straightup none of their business 🙅
