It’s so weird having super good days and super bad days like some days I’ll wake up completely done and then an hour later I’m fine for the rest of the day and others I’ll just rot in bed all day

Probably some form of depression, which is very commonly misconstrued as laziness btw, but it’s NOT!! There are many types, including bipolar 1, 2, seasonal, and the og depression. Depression also effects many different people in different ways, so trained professionals are trained professionals for a reason and can help you figure things out better than on your own (if that’s what you choose to do)

I get like this too, and I’ve found tricks that work for me and my diagnosed depression. If you want to, you can DM me and I can give you some, but just because it works for me, doesn’t mean it’ll work for you, and vise versa. You need to find what works for you, whether that’s therapy, medication, toughing it out (my personal choice) or a combination

Journaling really helped, as well as gratitude, and honestly finding good friends who showed me they’ll always be here for me for whatever I need, whenever I need
