Probably some form of depression, which is very commonly misconstrued as laziness btw, but it’s NOT!! There are many types, including bipolar 1, 2, seasonal, and the og depression. Depression also effects many different people in different ways, so trained professionals are trained professionals for a reason and can help you figure things out better than on your own (if that’s what you choose to do)
I get like this too, and I’ve found tricks that work for me and my diagnosed depression.
