does anyone have tips on eating in the middle of the night? i always need a small snack between like 3-5am or else i can’t go back to sleep. i eat enough throughout the day and i always eat something really high protein before bed!
I keep granola bars and/or some sort of crackers in my closet solely for this purpose. That way I can just grab a snack without leaving my room and waking myself up too much

that’s a good idea, i just feeling like eating in the middle of the night is a bad habit because then my body will wake up every single night to eat if that makes sense?
