My (20s F) anger issues are ruining my relationship, and therapy/counseling is not an option rn due to finances. How do I get better at managing it? I don’t want him to leave me Any advice is appreciated

Try writing down what you’re feeling & make sense of it before you just react to things—this gives you something to channel your emotions into and visibly see them so you can order them and communicate kindly. Also try changing your posture; if you’re angry while standing, then sit; if still angry, lie down. Also throw cold water on your face. Identify your triggers and how to deal with them. Also pray more if you are religious
