I need advice sooo bad. Ive been so severely depressed for a while, it’s making me not be able to wake up, i physically cannot get up. I need to be able to get up, any advice?

Maybe you could try setting an alarm on your phone but leaving it on the other side of your room- so you’d have to get up just to turn it off.

Roll, stretch when you wake up and just roll side to side

Make a playlist of songs that are upbeat and make you want to move/dance and before you even get out of bed play it and just listen to and enjoy the music and let it wake your body up a bit-works for me at least most of the time!
