maybe this is just me and idek why but all the stuff going on in the world (especially in America) is causing me severe panic attacks, bc i’m constantly worried something bad is going to happen like a massacre. especially at my college campus :/
Honestly I found it’s because I am inputting too much media into my life and not focusing on what matters most.

I quit all social media and news. The only thing that’s changed in my life is I’m much less stressed

Sometimes it’s not only broadcast.

You need an environment or at least find a way to to establish one where you feel supported and safe. The way you will know is when that fight or flight mode begins to lessen and nearly never come. For me it was church, but that’s just me.

Well if you actually need to that’s different but most of us would do just fine without news

that used to be my sanctuary, but now churches/places of worship have become apart of severe tragedies now.
