i have BPD and i feel the same way, and i am so sorry. it took me years to even be able to distract myself from myself and not feel ‘crazy’ all of the time, and i still have so much progress to go. you will get there and you will find some peace, i promise. you are so loved and im sending all the hugs 🫶🏻
