feeling alone sucks. i’m sorry your family blames you, that seems super hurtful :( it’s odd that your therapist said they can’t help, because that’s their job lol. my best advice would be to seek out different professional help, or do activities where you’re surrounded by people. like going for walks, going to the library, or even joining an online support group. just remember that you’re not alone in feeling this way, you’re not always going to feel this way, and you’re not stuck.
