Make something, anything. Draw a crayon picture with a yellow sun in the corner and a blue sky and green grass and anything else you want, just like kindergarten! Or rip up some colored paper and glue it back together in a cool pattern. Even just scribbling pen on paper! Just creating something tangible helps me feel better a lot of the time.
