
you have to learn to emotionally regulate, not let other peoples reactions affect you. when it does get to that take not just a step, but a few steps back to recognize your own patterns so you don’t end up saying things or doing things you will regret. you have to train your mind not to think everyone wants the worst for you. it’s a lonely road but when you keep to yourself there is less baggage of others emotional wellbeing/ crap you end up carrying
