Do you have any windows where you can see a lot of nature or if you’re somewhere more urban, a lot of people? If you do, you could set up a chair next to it and just look outside for a while. I have a forest in my backyard and staring out at the trees and birds and everything else is really nice. I’d assume people watching could have a similar effect of at least taking your mind off of things
