You are important, you are doing your best, take a few minutes to just watch a tv show without doing anything school related before you start doing it again

I wish it was school related 😅 centered around my career, of which I 100% recognize is a super privileged field to begin with. I’m finally going back to school though and that’s been helping

Hey, everyone gets stressed regardless of what “privileges” they have. And that’s great! Having goals I am able to reach short help me with my anxiety so maybe it’s like that with you! Have you tried focusing on doing small to-do lists for the things in your life you are able to control?

Yeah usually it helps but there’s such a large combination of things that I think I just need a day to unplug.

Then make a day, I take so many days off it’s just all about balance! I only do school work 4/7 days of the week, so don’t feel guilty for taking a day off if you can manage it
