
Surround yourself with people that love you. What I did was find a man that loved every part of me, even the cray cray parts. That made me happier. Also, take care of your body. That looks different for everyone, but seriously do not underestimate the power of great food and great sex. It helps a LOT.
I know it’s not a cure by any means, but I’ve personally found meditation to be incredibly helpful for my mental health (MDD, GAD, & ADHD). I’ve been doing guided meditations for several years now and have noticed significant improvements (along with meds and therapy). Highly recommended the “Insight Timer” app. It’s one of the few apps that you don’t need to pay to use.
