i’m clean from sh, but i struggle with this feeling still too. it’s important to remember you DO NOT deserve it, no matter how many times your brain tells you you do. ik it can be hard to find ways to release those tough feelings in a safe way. be kind to yourself, you don’t need to be punished, sh*t happens! it’s important to stay kind to yourself and your body, and be patient with yourself. you guys got this :)
