I hate living in constant fear that I’ve done something wrong and that someone is going to be mad at me. Sometimes I have to fight the urge not to self-harm again.. I’ve been hospitalized just over a fight with an ex friend:/ idk how to fix this…
Therapy and meds have been the biggest help for me… but it’s still hard sometimes! Journal, take a walk, color, deep breaths! You got this! 💕

Meds were the only thing that helped with my sh urges. I was coping by smoking weed then going to sleep when I had the urge, but that became unhealthy for me. Wellbutrin has been a lifesaver (literally)
