I’ve been crying for two days straight, laying in bed, not eating, just staring at a wall because of how utterly distraught I am that I lost my man, the only person I had in this life. I’m so alone I have no one to talk to about it even

journaling could be a good outlet!!! i’m not 100% sure, but if there’s no one you feel like you can talk to- having an outlet could still be helpful. know even if you feel alone, you’re aren’t completely by yourself. feel free to reach out if you need anything!!

Ohh I see umm well if you do have health insurance or any type of insurance you can check with them because I am pretty sure they can cover for that
