Learning Spanish is so difficult when no one I know really speaks it well. I’m worried I’ll never be fluent.

Watch shows and movies in Spanish, change your phones language, and then get a teddy bear or something to speak to. Write down words you don't understand, and for the love of god, do NOT translate words. Form associations with the words and their concepts, not the word to another word in English. That way, when you switch to speaking Spanish, there's less thinking involved

Yea I’ve done that the past few years. It’s helped a lot with pronunciation and learning how ppl choose their words.

Yea I’ve done a lot of this and it’s helped. However, I don’t think that I’ll be fully fluent unless I’m fully immersed in the language for months at a time which isn’t possible. I I’ve gotten to a B1/B2 level which is fine for everyday conversations, but I’m still FAR away from completely fluent.
