i’ve wanted to explore an ancient city in my long term world for ages, but the closest one is 10k blocks away. If I made a tunnel through the nether, how much do you reckon my world size would increase bc i play on devices with limited storage

lowkey i’ve justified to myself that using tp cheats to get to places id be able to walk to in order to save memory space is so in those cases i usually just turn cheats on and teleport (tho if you’re in a bedrock world and want to keep achievements on that might not work)

Listen dude if ur using a laptop of other kind of computer what u could do is find someone’s toasted ass laptop and cannibalize it. Ur gonna want to take the SSD out of it and buy an external ssd case to put it in for liek 12$. If ur lucky u can find some mf who bricked their gaming laptop and get an ssd that’s anywhere from 512GB to 1TB

yeah i’ve been gathering achievements and like to keep it purely survival. i’ve been using chunkbase and nether tunnels to save memory space so far, but 10,000 blocks is more than i’ve ever tried traveling

Tbh if you really want to do it and don't care too much about loot? Start a new world. Go to woodland mansion. Cheat in all the same gear and stuff.

i just checked the wiki and the bug that let you get random items with efficiency 1 was fixed too so it really doesn’t seem worth it

you can make a copy of the world and go to the woodland mansion and if that breaks it, just go back to the old pre mansion trip version
