I have a forever world rn on Minecraft Bedrock, but I kinda wanna start a Legacy Edition survival world Any tips on how to have both running at the same time, not have one overshadow the other, and avoid burnout?

i would come up with two separate game plans for the worlds. legacy console edition has a smaller world size so i think that should help with overshadowing.

In my forever world I’m slowly making a path spreading out from my main base to build different villages and structures along. Maybe in the legacy world I focus on making one large base in one spot instead of spreading outward?

i think that would be a great idea! i’d also make maps before you start building in the legacy world and update them regularly.

Legacy Edition is a version of Minecraft that existed before Bedrock Edition and was exclusively made for specific platforms like the PS3/PS4 and Xbox 360/Xbox One. You can’t play those versions anymore unless you own a physical copy or use a Bedrock launcher on a computer

OHH okay. yea i do agree with #1 about having two different “goals” for each so you don’t feel like you’re in a loop. what’s your forever world like? do you normally just play with a couple or do you have a lot of worlds?

I really only have 3 worlds right now. The forever world is my main survival world I play, I have a test world in a creative super flat that I can test builds in for the survival world, and I have a creative super flat where I’ve tried to build a city, but it hasn’t gone very far

How’d you do that?

so first off i converted all the worlds to java, for the bedrock ones on my xbox, i opened a realm, uploaded that world, logged into my microsoft account on a computer that supports bedrock, downloaded that world to my computer, then i used chunker to convert the world. then, if you get mca selector, a lot of people use it to delete unused chunks for storage, but you can also copy and past chunks from different worlds into one (there’s good youtube tutorials for this)

chunk borders don’t always blend well and some block states get messed up in the bedrock to java conversion and if it’s a pre 1.18 world, you might not get the new cave generation but it works pretty well
