One thing I haven’t heard people talk about with copper armor is that it’ll be great on decorative armor stands compared to using iron, gold, leather, or diamond armor. It’s so plentiful that decorating with those is now viable

While true, I feel like copper tools sit in a very weird spot between stone and iron. I see no reason not to just skip to iron

For me I think I’ll find myself going straight from woodpick to stone pick to fill copper tool set instead of full stone until I get iron.

i find that iron is harder to come by in early game, and it can feel like a waste to use an iron pick on stuff like stone when you don’t have very much of it

Especially if you’re unlucky enough to spawn near a ravine or cave and you’re building your mine from scratch and strip mining in the classic manner lol
