There’s a lot of cuts in the videos. It’s all staged and reshot till he hits the stuff perfectly.

I think dreams definitely insane but its at least like 25% staged

Multiple times they've had such obvious opportunities to end it. There's no way you'd be that obnoxiously sluggish unless you were paid or impaired.

it is curated but the action is real, the seed and certian situations are staged but the thing still happens no tas or over scripting

The only reason this is a big deal is because he continues to adamantly lie about them being real. It’s pretty common knowledge that the videos are produced instead of just filmed live. It still makes for entertaining content. Nobody would care if he had just come out and said “yeah they’re staged like the mission impossible movies. Obviously that’s not done in one take either, but it’s still entertaining content.” His mistake was doubling, tripling, quadrupling, etc down for YEARS of lies

The problem with that is that he has released full uncut versions of some of the manhunts iirc. I do definitely think they’re staged to some extent, though, given his past with cheating speeding and likely in the duel against Technoblade

Well it turns out the “uncut” versions were also cut. Idk if you’ve seen recently, but this has been proven extensively with multiple methods. Not a single one of his speedruns or manhunts are uncut. People scrubbed every video. There’s literally not a single skill based achievement of his that he hasn’t cheated

In combat he uses aimbot and autoclickers, for parkour he uses TAS to time the jumps frame perfectly in live competition against fellow creators, in elytra races his speed is altered to be faster than the game naturally allows, in speedruns he splices in footage, every major clutch in manhunt is staged or spliced in depending on how hard it is, etc etc

At this point I wouldn’t be surprised if he was almost entirely uninvolved in the creation of his songs too since apparently it’s in his nature

Even his livestream vods include splicing. This dude was so committed to lying that when he set a speedrun “world record” live, even THAT was spliced despite him live streaming. Dude deadass just played a video and his friends fake reacted to it to sell it to everyone watching to make it seem like it was live

Also the arguably worse incidents of cheating are in competitive situations. Cheating a world record takes away the spotlight from the people who actually hold it and didn’t cheat. Cheating in content creator tournaments, sometimes with money involved, is also especially scummy
