Paramount is currently outbidding Netflix and there’s a concern that Gunn will lose control of the dcu if Paramount is the buyer, mainly that other directors will be favored.

Honestly with the popularity of James Gun’s universe, if paramount were to remove his creative control then that would be one of the most irresponsible business decisions ever. His movies make money (except suicide squad cuz of Covid but still well received)
